Golden Hour

A confident, mature work. You can hear the growth from their earlier releases.

Returned to this after a few years away and it hit even harder than I remembered. Some albums age poorly but this one has only gotten better with time. The themes feel more relevant now than ever and the sonics still sound fresh.

The emotional depth here is staggering. I was completely floored the first time.

Ambitious and mostly successful. A couple of missteps keep it from true perfection.

Timeless. I've listened hundreds of times and it never gets old.

The instrumentation is gorgeous throughout. Really well produced.

Some truly transcendent moments here. A few tracks feel like filler but overall stellar.

Overrated in my opinion. There's some good stuff here but not enough.

The production is interesting but the songs themselves are lacking.
